It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The main aim of PDF Pak is to provide a review of the PDF (ebooks) to give them more exposure and make it more popular. It is solemnly affirmed that PDF Pak is not involved in the scanning of a single book. PDF Pak just provides the links to the non-copyrighted PDFs hosted on third party sites such as Mediafire and Dropbox. These third party sites are also strictly in compliance with the .C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 

 If your copyrighted material has been posted on PDF Pak or if links to your copyrighted material are returned through the PDF Pak and you want the material removed from this site, then you must provide a written communication that details the complete information of your copyright. We will immediately remove the link to your PDF material once we assured that you are the owner or behalf from the owner of the PDF content. We will also remove your product from the third sites (if it was uploaded by us). However, we recommend you to send the infringement notice to the third party sites mentioned above too because many of the PDF are not uploaded by us. Those third party sites are also in compliance with the DMCA and they will do remove your PDF Material forever.
